Bradfords have fully embraced their BuildAI platform and have created a multitude of courses ranging from Staff induction materials, procedural and regulation modules, as well as step-by-step ‘how-to’ learning pieces, relevant to their industry and their audiences.
Crucially the business support and stock teams have used it to communicate system changes and process updates that would previously have been distributed through lengthy email instructions. By converting these updates into short learning modules, information becomes easier to understand, easier to revisit and permanently available within the learning platform.
Within weeks of first use, Bradfords had aqlready created their first seven courses, with more in development and awaiting approval.
